Covering 100 top restaurants in Hong Kong and 20 in Macau, the guidebook surveys the gastronomical landscape to present the very best in dining across seven categories: Chinese, French, Italian, Western, Steak & Grill, Japanese and EAST/WEST. Also explored are the latest trends in fine dining, executive bars and lounges, as well as wines served at the top eateries.
