Dedicated online channel gives Singapore Grand Prix a flying start

An SCMP advertiser since 2012, this year the Singapore F1 Grand Prix developed an SCMP content solution to run alongside the display and digital advertising for their 10th anniversary race. The new element of the campaign involved the creation of a special channel on SCMP.com and SCMP Facebook fan page. Content specialists at the SCMP put together a series of articles in July and August. The channel was promoted via desktop and mobile banner ads as well as Facebook postings. The package was geared to drive ticket sales and support on-the-ground events and activities for the target audience of SCMP readers, F1 fans and sports enthusiasts in general.
