SCMP Updates
Expected audience of 1,300 to gain a wealth of information from panel discussions, information sessions and dozens of exhibitors
The SCMP events team is again successfully delivering highly informative education events, completing the first of two Kindergarten Festivals for 2018 earlier this year, and now finalising the second instalment, to be held at the Cordis Hotel on May 26.
The Kindergarten Festivals are the most recent in a multitude of educational productions by SCMP which have included the EdTalk discussion series, the British Boarding Schools Fair, and the launch of a dedicated Education section on SCMP.com, plus other education-oriented events and custom publications.
Audience turnout for the second Kindergarten Festival is expected to be 1,300 strong, and the jam-packed event will feature three panel discussions, five information sessions and 36 exhibitors.
David Sheehan, head of pastoral care at Nord Anglia International School Hong Kong, will be on the informative “Taking the big step” discussion panel to share his insights into how parents can help ease their children’s potentially intimidating transition from kindergarten to primary school.
Early Bird pricing is available for those interested in attending the upcoming Kindergarten Festival, and every attendee will receive a complimentary copy of the Good Schools Guide – Kindergarten Directory 2019/2020 which retails for HK$99.
Tickets can be purchased at http://en-kln.kindergartensfestival.com
The Kindergarten Festivals are designed to help young parents make informed decisions about their children's kindergarten and extracurricular education, including discovering and exploring the wide range of extended education opportunities for their children of playgroup, pre-nursery and kindergarten schooling age. Institutional participants include sought-after kindergartens of local and international education streams, along with respected learning centres.
