HKTB website now features 100 Top Tables
SCMP’s 100 Top Tables has long been the city’s go-to guide for fine dining around town. Now in its seventh year of publication, in both print and online formats, this annual guide profiles the 100 best high-end restaurants in Hong Kong, and the top 20 in Macau. 100 Top Tables covers Chinese, Japanese, French, Italian, Western, Steak and Grills, and East/West categories. The guidebook also includes the best wine lists, as well as features and amenities offered by each restaurant, such as valet parking, views, private dining rooms, and other special services.
This year marks the first time the Hong Kong Tourism Board, or any third party, is leveraging content from 100 Top Tables. While often used as a guide for executive dining, 100 Top Tables is also a great information source for visitors to Hong Kong, and the Tourism Board is using the content to deliver more value to tourists, and drive its website traffic. The HKTB’s use of 100 Top Tables further boosts the guidebook’s already high profile, especially to an international audience.
The print edition of 100 Top Tables comes out every March, and is distributed in Hong Kong to the SCMP’s print subscribers and selected VIP clients including business owners, listed companies, professionals, entrepreneurs and C-suite readers. It is also available for sale at major bookstores, with display copies at selected premium airport and hotel lounges and recreation clubs. In Macau, the guidebook is available via airport lounges, private jets, selected membership clubs and deluxe restaurants, with further distribution overseas at airport lounges in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
