SCMP at the Big Data and AI for Media conference in NYC
SCMP participated in the Big Data and AI for Media conference in New York on March 22, a global conference for data and media practitioners who are seeking to create Big Data strategies as well as leverage data analytics and AI technologies to engage audiences. At the conference, Korey Lee, Director of Data Analytics and Insights, shared his insight on how data and analytics play a role in the conceptualization, development and refinement of SCMP’s new products, Abacus and Inkstone. He also spoke about SCMP’s product development best practices and revenue opportunities for their growing data operations.
SCMP was awarded prizes across six different categories for the 2018 Global Biggies Awards, including the first place award for Excellence in Data-Driven Advertising Campaign; three second place awards for Use of Creativity in Data-Driven Products, Excellence in Data Analytics, and Excellence in Data-Driven Product Development; and two certificates of outstanding achievement for Data-driven Technology and Data-driven Business Process Efficiency.
