Yabuli Youth Forum 2019 Innovation Annual Meeting
Conceptualised under the auspices of the Yabuli China Entrepreneurs Forum, one of the most influential ideas-exchanging platforms for business leaders in China, the Yabuli Youth Forum focuses on getting together and guiding next-generation leaders under the tutelage of prominent entrepreneurs. The aim is to prepare these young leaders to explore an era of new opportunities, challenges and inspiration for empowering the nation and society.
This year, on June 15, the Yabuli Youth Forum 2019 Innovation Annual Meeting gathered some 250 guests at the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing in Central to spotlight the future of innovation in China against the backdrop of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area development.
With this year’s theme of “Smart Future”, the meeting featured speeches and sharing sessions by a star-studded line-up of industry leaders, including Zhang Lei (chairman of Yabuli Youth Forum and founder and CEO of Hillhouse Capital), Charles Li Xiaojia (chief executive of HKEX), Antony Leung Kam-chung (chairman and CEO of Nan Fung Group), and Chen Shuang (Justice of the Peace, executive director and vice-general manager of China Everbright Group, and chairman of Huajing Society).
Gu Jing (founder and CEO of Yunyinggu), Zhang Lianglun (founder, chairman and CEO of BeiBei Group) and Scott Liu Shi-Kau (president and CEO of Shanghai Henlius Biotech) also shared insights into the technology, retail and medical industries, respectively.
Morning Studio helped Yabuli China Entrepreneurs Forum organise and run the highly successful Youth Forum annual meeting last year, and was again sought to support this year’s event. The client specified they wanted the same event team to support the annual meeting this year.
The Morning Studio team handled numerous event planning and on-site event management tasks, including overseeing backdrops, displays, audio/sound systems, live feed and other details of the venue. Key moments were captured by professional photography and video shooting services, which were arranged specifically for the client by the team.
Morning Studio liaised with the venue, vendors and all speakers, and managed media exposure with post-event coverage, including a half-page print ad in the City Section of the South China Morning Post.
Ultimately, to the great satisfaction of the Yabuli China Entrepreneurs Forum, Morning Studio delivered a well-organised and highly successful event.
