In his current role, Brian leads the Propositions and Marketing team of WPB to develop compelling customer propositions, cultivate segment growth and fulfilment and market HSBC brand and customer solutions, as well as enhance service delivery to customers. He is an industry veteran with more than two decades of experience in marketing, customer experience and commercial roles across financial services, e-commerce and start-ups.
Previously, Brian held global management roles at Faraday Future, LeEco and Amazon (based in the United States and China), where he took the helm of a wide range of functions, including sales and marketing, customer growth, product development and customer experience. Earlier in his career, Brian worked for Citibank and Standard Chartered Bank across Hong Kong, China and the United Kingdom in the areas of e-business, sales and marketing and channel management.
