Mrs Christine Ip is the Head of Group Strategic Communications and Brand, as well as the CEO of Greater China at UOB. With over 30 years of banking experience in the consumer and wholesale sectors, she is recognised for her leadership and strategic vision.

In her current role, Mrs Ip oversees brand management, communications, social media, as well as CSR and art programmes. She also drives business in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. As a passionate advocate for the arts, she established the UOB Art Academy in Hong Kong in 2015, which became a registered charity in late 2023, to foster art development and education across the territory. 

Mrs Ip serves in several public service roles, including positions at the M+ Museum, Hong Kong Arts Centre, The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, and the Hong Kong Philharmonic Society. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Hong Kong and a Master of Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
