Ivan joined Prudential in 2023. With a wealth of experience in the financial services sector and the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, he brings a deep and diverse range of marketing communications and segmentation expertise to the position. Ivan is responsible for leading Prudential’s branding, digital marketing, data analytics and customer experience management. He also spearheads the strategic development of segmentation and ecosystem value proposition to drive Prudential’s growth and market presence.
Over the last 13 years, Ivan has held senior roles at AIA’s global and Hong Kong offices, including Head of Marketing and Business Planning in Hong Kong, Regional Marketing Partner and Head of Insights and Customer Propositions. He led strategy development and marketing for AIA Hong Kong’s wealth and pension products, and spearheaded region-wide customer experience transformation, marketing and customer insights, together with proposition innovation processes.
