Karen leads the development and execution of strategic initiatives at Cartier Hong Kong, focused on driving product performance, elevating the client experience and building brand equity to support the maison’s commercial ambitions.

She brings more than two decades’ experience as a seasoned hospitality marketeer to her current role. Prior to joining Cartier, she was most recently with Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, where she successfully established a Marketing Centre of Excellence for Hong Kong. Her extensive career in the hotel industry also includes holding senior leadership positions across the Asia-Pacific region with renowned brands such as St. Regis, The Luxury Collection, Sheraton, and Hilton.

Characteristically Malaysian, Karen’s wider interests include being an enthusiastic foodie who enjoys exploring a wide range of cuisines. She is also passionate about travel and music, and is a staunch supporter of Liverpool Football Club.
