Marietta is a seasoned marketing and communications leader with over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector. As Head of Strategic Communications, Brand and Customer Insights at UOB, she drives brand strategy, stakeholder engagement, integrated communications, customer insights, corporate social responsibility and art programmes across Hong Kong and Taiwan. She also leads network partnerships and strategic marketing for UOB’s Foreign Direct Investment Advisory in Hong Kong, aligning cross-border marketing initiatives with business growth.
She brings a breadth of expertise, spanning business development, product and system innovation, sales and portfolio management, marketing and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining UOB, she led the consumer finance division of an international bank in Hong Kong.
A strong advocate for the intersection of brand, culture and community, Marietta serves as a Director of the UOB Art Academy, a registered charity in Hong Kong. Under her leadership, the academy has advanced initiatives such as the award-winning UOB Art in Ink Festival, which champions art accessibility, nurtures emerging artistic talent and fosters cross-cultural dialogue.
