Her goal is to make AIA the lifetime partner of choice for customers and the community, engaging them with meaningful tools and communications to empower them to better manage their health, wellness, wealth and protection needs.

Melissa possesses extensive experience in the insurance industry with a record of spearheading strategic and innovative digital initiatives to drive business growth. She has gained diverse expertise in strategy, customer proposition, product development, business development, risk and financial management from the AIA Group and other prominent financial institutions, including HSBC, ING, KPMG and Zurich, in Hong Kong and internationally.
