Melissa Wong is Chief Customer and Marketing Officer of AIA Hong Kong & Macau, leading its customer experience and integrated marketing strategy, spanning customer insights, research and design, online to offline customer and community engagement, customer and growth marketing, brand marketing, strategic partnerships, ESG and corporate communications, with the goal of making AIA the lifetime partner of choice for customers and the community, engaging them with meaningful tools and communications to empower them better manage their health, wellness, wealth and protection needs, thereby delivering AIA’s brand purpose of helping people live “Healthier, Longer, Better Lives”.
Melissa possesses extensive experience in the insurance industry with a track record of spearheading strategic and innovative digital initiatives to drive business growth. She has gained diverse expertise in strategy, customer proposition, product development, business development, risk and financial management from the AIA Group and other prominent financial institutions, including HSBC, ING, KPMG, and Zurich, in Hong Kong and internationally.
Melissa holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Actuarial Studies) and a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) from the University of New South Wales, Australia. She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.
